Robert's Antiques has been in operation since 1969, founded by Robert Sauer. After several moves, Robert came back to the Phoebus section of Hampton moving into 26 E. Mellen St. which was built in 1874. It was originally the Kaiser Meat Market, then Kaiser Hardware. For many years Mugler’s Clothing store operated in this location. Laura, Robert’s daughter, and her husband, Jeff, took over the operation in 2005.
